PURPOSE

This role is responsible to provide support IT Servicedesk and Infrastructure management for FWD. Provide FWD SG staff with IT assistance eg provide basic access administration and monthly patch application to endpoints. Support in terms of server and network management.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Day-to-day technical support for end users for laptop, printers, and mobile devices.
• Remotely accessing hardware or software for clients to make changes and fix problems
• Running reports to analyse common complaints and problems
• Asset management for IT assets.
• Liaise with vendors and end users for purchasing, repair and warranty services of IT related items.
