Responsibilities :

• Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining best-in-class Compliance, programs, policies and practices for ICRM.
• Translating ICRM strategy and goals across the bank's clients, products and geographies in a succinct and clear manner; provide direction and guidance on the programs. Serves as a subject matter expert on the bank's Compliance programs.
• Providing oversight and guidance over the assessment of complex issues, structuring potential solutions and driving effective resolution with other stakeholders.
• Monitoring /Identifying and assessing the bank's key compliance risks. Ensuring compliance risks within the bank are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled, consistent with the bank's risk appetite statement and all policies and processes established within the risk governance framework.
• Performing complex analyses of comparative data, preparing and presenting regional and global reports related to compliance risk assessments, and monitoring of compliance related issues.
• Keeping abreast of regulatory changes, new regulations and internal policy changes in order to further identify new key risk areas.

Qualifications and Experience :

• 2 to 6 years of experience
• Expertise of Compliance laws, rules, regulations, risks and typologies;
• Excellent written, verbal and analytical
• Skills- Excel and Vlookup
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional units; ability to navigate a complex organization; to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level
• Experience in managing regulatory exams and relationships with examiners, auditors etc.
• Awareness of regulatory requirements including local and US laws, international and industry standards

The Finance & Resource Management unit, under the Planning & Organisation Department, manages the financial resources of the Force encompassing both the Development and Operating Budget.

It seeks to achieve maximum utilisation of budget and ensure money are well spent and adheres to relevant financial guidelines and directives in supporting the objectives of the Force.

The team of Desk Heads all support the operations of all departments/units by working closely on all financial and budgetary matters. The team also reviews the financial performance of the departments, including reviewing processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, and achieve business outcomes.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in Audit or Accounting role will be an advantage
• Candidates with relevant certification in Accounting, Robotic Process Automation or Data Analytics will be an advantage
• Prior experience in using SAP and NFS will be an advantage Attributes

1. Financial Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company development plans and overall business objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making across the management team.
• Drive initiatives to achieve the company’s global revenue targets.

2. Budgeting, Forecasting, & Financial Reporting

• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, and presentations for senior management and the board.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to mitigate risk.

5. Strategic Support & Development

• Analyze and interpret financial data and present the information with reports and presentations to the Group and Singapore CEO & management team
• Provide strategic financial insights to management.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring long-term financial stability.
• Conduct financial due diligence for new partnerships, acquisitions, and business ventures.
• Support financial analysis and reporting for investments and projects.
• Manage and coordinate financial aspects of outsourcing initiatives and vendor relationships.

Requirement

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years finance experience, of which the recent 5 years must be in a finance leadership capacity
• Good knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IRFS)
• Preferred candidate in related such as Finance, Insurance sector, Broking Industry
• Investment support, financing, treasury, regional experience and strategy development are key responsibilities of this role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to adjust to shifting priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
