This role supports the HSBC Singapore Company Secretary and Head of Corporate Governance in delivering the Corporate Governance & Secretariat function activities. SUMMARY

Report to: Head of Finance

You will handle a comprehensive range of accounting duties and assist the Head of Finance based in Hong Kong with financial and management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Within Asia Operations, the Securities team is responsible for processing and managing the risk relating to securities & derivatives settlements, securities transfers, corporate action (income, cash) and asset creation and maintenance.

· The processing and controls of the processes within the Securities Transfers function.
