Job Purpose:

As a sales & application executive With VITOP, you are responsible for managing the sales process for private eye clinics and government hospital eye department. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and use your knowledge of our products to plan seamless integrations and workflows.

Job Duties:

• Promote and sell ophthalmic diagnostic instruments such as OCTs, retinal cameras, slit lamps and refraction systems
• Responsible for effective territory planning and strong activity to achieve the maximum efficiency of time to prospect and cultivate new accounts, develop current accounts, obtain orders, and produce adequate sales volume to meet outlined sales goals
• Conduct routine instrument demonstrations daily and tailor presentations and materials for specific customer needs and requirements
• Maintain continuity with the customer as a source of information, problem solver, and educator

Job Requirements:

• Past sales experience in ophthalmology and optometry field is preferred.
• Business to Business Sales experience that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and ethical business practices
• Strong presentation skills, Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

F&B Management Trainee

Working Hours: 6 days rostered work week

Location: Islandwide

Salary: $2800-$3200

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with 1 year F&B experience
• Able work on weekends / public holidays

Job Scope:

• Hands-on involvement in daily operation to understand and execute duties
• Undertake management trainings and responsibilities with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability

Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies and equipment to keep the workplace functional.
• Manage monthly payroll processing and administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with labour laws.
• Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conflict resolution and performance management.
• Maintain documentation of employee database and personnel files
• Perform office administrative duties, including reception duties and mail/courier handling, correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
• Manage all insurance matters (e.g. work injury compensation, public liability, etc.)
• Prepare and submit reports, government survey returns, etc.
• Perform general HR administrative functions, such as recruitment, processing work passes and preparing appointment/confirmation letters, leave management and payroll management.

• Understand the requirement of customers for their direct and indirect MRO purchase enquiries.

Role:

• Oversee efficient and effective marine fuel procurement for company’s operating container vessels at designated ports and on assigned services.
• Coordinate and fulfill marine fuel requirements for company’s operating vessels as allocated.
• Drive cost-efficient marine fuel procurement through negotiation with suppliers, including oil majors, refineries, independent suppliers, and traders.
• Resolve issues related to marine fuel quality and quantity, addressing claims as necessary.
• Manage service providers associated with marine fuel, including surveyors and laboratory services.
• Oversee invoicing and payment processes related to marine fuel.
• Provide support for additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping or a related maritime field.
• Proven experience in bunker procurement with strong negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the bunker industry and fuel specifications.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to report and share information promptly.
• Positive attitude, with strong multitasking abilities and a capability to manage tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.
