Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct group activities for carers and/or persons with dementia.
• Engage with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of programme.

Requirements

• Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Community Development, or a relevant discipline, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in community engagement and/or case management.
• Prior experience working with persons with dementia or caregivers is an added advantage.
• Ability to work on Saturdays.
• Self-motivated with a high level of initiative.
• Ability to plan and implement ideas effectively.

• Identifying potential clients and markets, researching industry trends, and understanding customer needs.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Creating design concepts that reflect the client’s vision, including layouts, color schemes, lighting, furniture, and materials. This involves brainstorming and presenting mood boards or design sketches.
• Working closely with contractors, architects, suppliers, and craftsmen to ensure the design is executed correctly and materials are sourced on time.
• Overseeing the design project from concept to completion, managing timelines, budgets, and quality control. This includes regular site visits to ensure the work is progressing according to plan.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Payable/Receivable duties, including invoicing, collection, payments, and reconciliation.
• Ensure that all receipts, payments, and reminders are processed timely and accurately.
• Perform expense comparisons and analysis to monitor and control company expenditures.
• Manage petty cash and staff claims, ensuring proper documentation and timely disbursements.
• Handle various financial applications including loan, hire purchase, and PIC (Productivity and Innovation Credit) applications.
• Liaise with finance companies and external parties on financial agreements and transactions.
• Conduct regular cash flow analysis to ensure ample liquidity and financial health of the company.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly sales reports and month-end financial reports to management.
• Manage the inventory of company assets and stock, ensuring proper tracking and valuation.
• Conduct annual stock checks and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with auditors and statutory boards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support audit processes and ensure timely submission of necessary documentation.
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required by management, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to business needs.

• Min. 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Commerce, Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance with statutory regulations.
