Execution & Content Management

• Manage assets (e.g., banners, landing pages) across all platforms to ensure the smooth execution of monthly marketing campaigns.
• Oversee and update content for Shop-in-Shops to keep all information current.
• Develop creative briefs and collaborate with creative agencies to create content based on business requirements, ensuring timely delivery.
• Ensure product information is accurately and promptly listed on websites.

Social Media Management

• Manage the social media calendar for designated pages, working to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with retailers to schedule social media posts and create accompanying copy.
• Set up and manage Facebook ads for ongoing campaigns.

Reporting

• Prepare and deliver timely reports on ad performance and monthly online results.
• Follow up with retailers regarding media buy outcomes.
• Update monthly marketing initiative decks.
• Track and monitor marketing budgets.

Additional Duties

• Assist with responding to chat inquiries.
• Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned, including Shopee & Lazada marketing solutions and search-related duties.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Photoshop, Adobe, and Illustrator.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

Administrative Executive

Responsibilities:

● Act as first point of contact for any inquiries from prospective families

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years’ experience of working experience of at least Head Chef (Catering Industry or Banqueting min >3,000 meals).
• Experience with Cook & Chill Cooking Methods and/or R&D experience would be an advantage.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities with a mindset of being a mentor for the kitchen team.
• Positive with a can-do attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays, as needed, 6-day work week.
