- Maintain and improve basic product descriptions to enhance product discoverability and consumer understanding.

Job Requirements:

About the Role:

This position has responsibilities for the deployment and standardization of key Quality Assurance activities including assurance of product quality, quality planning process, and maintenance of Quality Management System performance. This role will carry out responsibilities in strict adherence to regulatory requirements and applicable standards relevant to medical device, and always act with focus on quality objectives within the organization.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Functional lead for implementation, managing operational effectiveness of Complaint Handling process, trending activities, and analysis of data associated with defined KPIs.
• Responsible for monitoring and implementation escalation process and resolution for late medical device reports caused by late entries by local intake team.
• Analyze and recommend complaints received are reportable within the market, ensure adverse events reported to Authority if needed, with special attention to managing complaint-adverse event with close follow up with manufacturer and/or reporter.
• Execute, coordinate and feedback Field Corrective Action/Recalls with the countries, maintain tracking to monitor field actions in the region to ensure effective resolution or closure. Report Field Corrective Action to Authority if needed.
• Support audit readiness, conduct and prepare for regulatory/external audits as well as internal quality audits to ensure timely execution according to defined schedule.
• Participate of Nonconformity, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Documentations, Supplier Quality across the organization.
• Develop/update procedures for quality system processes to ensure alignment with Olympus global procedures as well as coordinate with other departments that effect Quality Systems.
• Provide training and support to employees concerning quality systems, policies, procedures, and core processes etc.
• Support global and local quality improvement initiatives and transformative projects.
• Execute other tasks and projects, as assigned by Manager.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of engineering, science, or equivalent discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience working in similar position of responsibility in the medical device quality field
• Prior experience in managing quality management system in a medical device environment and quality assurance/regulatory compliance
• Must have knowledge to perform quality audit, certified auditor in ISO13485 or GDPMDS will be a plus.

1.System Management

To assist in maintaining the Resource Booking Service when needed

2.Logistic and stock taking

Assist to manage and track all non-SSOE ICT/AVA resources and inventory (e.g. iPad, Microsoft Surface Pro, printers, etc.) with up-to-date documentation

Stock-take and updates inventory records for school and audit purposes

Maintain repair and loan records of ICT/AVA equipment

3.Support daily operations (AVA & IT)

Assist in the planning and implementation of ICT-related programs (e.g. staff professional development in ICT, learning journey using ICT, cyber wellness program, etc.)

Assist school-initiated ICT/AVA infrastructure projects, including providing progress report, manage vendors and contracts

Gather ICT/AVA needs of the school

Provide professional inputs and recommendation on ICT/AVA solutions that can meet the school’s need

Implement preventive measures and maintenance for IT & AVA Equipment

Assist Head of Department and ICT Associate/Manager in the preparation of all necessary administrative duties for the purchase and condemnation of AVA and ICT equipment

Provide ICT/AVA/multimedia support for school events (e.g. on site and online streaming events)

Assist in liaising with vendors for the maintenance and repairs of AVA and IT equipment

Assist in troubleshooting and support for school-owned devices

1st level of troubleshooting of student-owned devices

Understanding and support various operating system of student-owned devices (e.g. Chrome OS, IOS or Windows)

Advising students on the proper use of student-owned device applications and online learning systems

Supporting Home-Based Learning logistic loaning and school hotline help in terms of online learning portal or systems

Checking and set-up of equipment used in classroom and for examinations such as portable speakers

Assist in rectifying and identify equipment that requires maintenance work

Troubleshooting of AV and IT equipment in classroom on a daily operation

Providing support to teachers in the use of AV and IT equipment in classroom (e.g. Image and sound projection, observation video recording, School-owned device such as iPad and Chromebook support in classroom during lessons)

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Chrome OS and Chromebook functionality, including efficient navigation, app usage, file management, and troubleshooting, to support and enhance the educational experience in a school environment utilising Chromebooks as student devices.
