Property Executive cum FSM

Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

The Property Executive Cum FSM will be required to manage and monitor the repair and replacement work including managing the defects rectification throughout the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the management

• Track preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations

Research Grant Administration

· Provides effective administration of research grant call applications and management of awarded grants

· Assumes the role as SAP Concur reviewer and first-level approver and work with the Finance department to provide the fastest and smoothest approver flow.

Communication of Research Information

· Creates weekly research e-newsletter to communicate information on internal and external grant calls to faculty and research staff members.
