Job Description:

• Supervises the health & safety of a construction site
• Plan, schedule and monitor daily work progress
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with requirements and regulations
• Conduct a regular site inspection and provide a safety programme
• Manage resources, oversee quality control and safety matters on the site
• Supervise workmen to ensure that work is performed safely and on time

Requirements:

• Possess a certificate with at least 3 years experience in building construction industry or working experience in the local construction industry.
• Able to work well with foregin workers
• Able to communicate in English.

Job Details:

• Salary: S$2,350
• Duration:Immediate to 21 Jun 2024
• Work Location: Tanjong Pagar
• Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm

Job Responsibilities:

1. Support in Fixed Cost Management Activities

• Gather, Consolidate & Monitor Fixed Cost (including preparing & maintaining tracking sheets)
• Review department submission and clarify variance with department
• Perform forecast, variance analysis and monitor monthly Fixed Cost movement
• Assist in the preparation of Annual & Mid-Long Term Budget Plan Preparation activities
• Assist in management reporting activities and other adhoc Fixed Cost related tasks

2. Support in Budget Control Activities

• Perform & manage SAP system budget control process (including budget transfer, budget release)
• Provide appropriate advice to Budget PICs relating to budget transfer, expenses charging and other budget control related matters

3. Support in Project Evaluation activities

• Review & Evaluate projects before submission for management approval
• Track project progress and compliance with company guidelines.

Job Requirements:

• Good computer knowledge of MS Office (Microsoft excel), basic knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starting, able to work independently and as a team and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Meticulous and who is able to take up challenges and additional responsibilities if needed
• Positive attitude, Willing to learn and attention to details
• Overtime may be required during peak period (e.g closing , budgeting, mid term plan or adhoc request)

Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead, manage and motivate a retail associates team.

What Will You Do

• To develop operations plans for their teams and make sure those plans are executed.
• To lead, manage and motivate a team of Retail Associates.
• To prepare and update duty roster to ensure accuracy in the Info-Tech HRMS Time Management System.
• To coach and train Retail Associates on GLOB+ system usage.
• To conduct daily briefings to team members before the start of shift duty.
• To provide the team with constructive criticism and be able to help them develop by coaching and teaching different selling related skills.
• To lead by example and excel in customer service, merchandise knowledge, selling skills as well as cashiering.
• To manage and improve the SOP and procedures related to inventory management at the assigned stores level.
• To attend meeting and conferences when required.
• Able to multitask, while also keeping the customer happy and satisfied.
• To perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
