The Senior Finance Manager will be a strategic thought-partner, and report to the Executive Director. The Senior Finance Manager will partner with the senior leadership and the board of directors to develop and implement strategies across the organization. She/He will be a hands-on and participative manager and will lead and develop an internal team to support the following areas: finance, business planning and budgeting. Qualifications:

The Senior Finance Manager will be a seasoned and mature leader with at least 5-10 years of broad finance experience, ideally audit experience, followed by experience gathering and evaluating financial information and making actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

He/She will ideally have experience managing Finance (accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting) for a complex non-profit with multiple funding sources including government contracts.

Summary

Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas and guests rooms/ suites, leaving a positive impact on the guest experience through the active supervision of room attendants. Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the hotel to maintain an immaculate and luxurious state according to the Hotel Brand Standards.
• Conduct daily operations briefing for all Housekeeping Attendants.

• Ensure that rooms are made as per company brand standards .

• Ensure that all team members are adequately trained in the use of housekeeping cleaning and sanitizing chemicals as well as lifting techniques and other potentially hazardous parts of their daily work.
• Analyse and respond to guest feedback to ensure that guests are satisfied. Is continuously committed to improving the quality of products, services and performance of team members.
• Supports team during high house with room making when required.
• Able to support Housekeeping Coordinator from time to time.
• Be fully familiar of the Emergency Procedures, Policies and Standard Operating Procedures as established by the Hotel.
• Assist in safety and emergency training for all employees.
• Perform other duties as directed by the management.

YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Account Receivables Finance Executive to join our digital services company based in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the invoicing process, managing client relationships for time validation, sending invoices, and ensuring the timely collection of payments. You will also play a key role in supporting overall cashflow management processes.

The ideal candidate should have between 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related financial role within a service-oriented business. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal business stakeholders are essential.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Singapore Invoicing (Accounts Receivable)

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients on time, ensuring all billing details are correct and in compliance with contractual agreements and group policies.
• Manage the invoicing cycle from the creation of invoices to the resolution of any discrepancies.

Client Relationship Management

• Maintain a professional and cordial working relationship with clients to validate time and billing details.
• Address client queries regarding invoices and payments promptly, ensuring smooth communication and resolution of issues.

Monthly Closing

• Perform the monthly cut-off according to the group's methodology to include the cut-off in the monthly financial reporting
• Reconciliation of production vs invoicing:
• Accrued revenue follow up,
• Deferred revenue follow up,
• work-in-progress follow up on fixed price projects

Collections & Follow-up

• Monitor and track outstanding payments, ensuring clients pay on time while providing reminders and follow-up when necessary.
• Proactively engage with clients to resolve any delays in payment, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the collection process.

Cashflow Management Support

• Contribute to the overall cashflow management process by providing regular updates on receivables and assisting with forecasting.
• Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting of outstanding invoices.

YOUR PROFILE

• 3-5 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or financial management within a service-oriented or digital services company.
• Strong understanding of invoicing procedures, payment follow-up, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients and internal teams effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with invoicing software is a plus.
• Knowledge of local regulations and practices related to invoicing and accounts receivable in Singapore is an advantage.

SCOPE

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, the Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for directing and controlling the day-to-day housekeeping operations on the Floors or in the Public Areas in order to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness. He/She will assist with the allocation of task and special assignment to the housekeeping team and will check and inspect guest rooms and the turnover of spaces to ensure guest satisfaction.

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

• Allocate and direct the work assignments of supervisory and non-supervisory staff in an efficient manner to ensure that guests and other departments receive prompt and courteous service.
• Attend daily briefings and take note of VIP arrivals and the special attention items for the guests.
