Responsibilities

• Assist with claims payments on daily basis
• Prepare daily claim payment reports to process claim payouts
• Handle daily premium refunds
• To retrieve refund requests submitted by customer care team
• Assist to process clawback vouchers and related journals
• Handle claims recoveries
• Bank reconciliations
• Support year -end financial audit schedules
• Other ad hoc related duties and projects

Requirements

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or related
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant experienced in similar industry
• Proficient in MS Office
