Job Description

• Supervises and coordinates activities of mechanics engaged in repairing and maintaining motorcycles
• Assists Mechanics in diagnosing malfunctions in motorcycles based on observation and applying knowledge from past experience.
• Perform mechanic work in diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing the full range of motorcycles
• Perform routine preventive maintenance duties.
• Maintain and manage a daily record of repair and service of motorcycles undertaken and completed.
• Liaise with external maintenance / spare part suppliers.
• Identify, assess and take reasonably practical measures to eliminate any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
• Ensure that motorcycles are safe and meet legal requirements
• All others related or ad-hoc duties as and directed.

· At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field

· Maintaining a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction

· Preferably some experience and knowledge in retail selling will be a good advantage.

· Able to use basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Email.

· Able to converse in Chinese to liasise with mandarin speaking vendor &customers

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Practice team in development, configuration and implementation of the firm’s Practice Management System
• Organise and review meetings
• Oversee and supervise the Practice Management team in providing support to internal teams
• Lead and provide guidance during review meetings
• Consolidate and provide weekly progress updates to the core Project Team
• Monitor and manage vendor’s progress in fulfilling deliverables and meeting timelines
• Support Project Lead in tracking implementation progress, monitoring customisation budget and preparing information for meetings with vendor

Requirements:

• At least 6 years’ experience in a site supervisor role, preferably from the professional services, consulting or financial services industry
• Project management experience in enterprise business management solutions is advantageous
• Tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting or a related discipline
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible and able to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work effectively under time pressure
