Prince’s Group is looking for a dynamic and driven Finance Manager to lead our Finance team. This role will oversee all aspects of financial management, including performance management, financial accounting, budgeting, and corporate reporting across all four entities. The Finance Manager will also play a key role in implementing best practices to identify and mitigate financial and business risks, while ensuring the organization achieves its business objectives and financial targets.
This position reports to our General Manager.
Role Duties:
· Manage the organisation’s financial accounting and corporate reporting functions.
· Support the organisation as a business partner.
· Manage strategic planning initiatives.
· Manage the organisation’s management accounting and budgeting functions.
· Support internal and external audit activities.
· Drive the use and integration of information technology within the organisation’s finance function.
· Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
· Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure alignment with financial goals and strategies.
· Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
Candidate profile:
· Degree or Diploma (with experience) in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
· Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and a good problem-solver.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Ability to work independently and manage a team.
