2025 Graduate Trainee Program (Finance Track):

This is an 18-month program designed to equip you with foundational knowledge and professional skills in the Finance and Risk departments. The program begins with a 1-year rotation in Business Controlling department where you will learn about the core Trading and Merchandizing activity performing Daily Position, P&L Reporting and supporting Month-End closing and other business focused analysis. 

This will be followed by two 3-month rotations in other Functions such as Credit Risk, Tax, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Finance Processes & Systems Optimisation (FPSO) and Internal Control depending on business needs.  Through practical projects and mentoring from leaders in the team, you would gain deeper understanding of the broader business and competencies that are essential to furthering your career growth.

Finally, the program also includes a mid-rotation assignment to Treasury Department where the Trainee will participate in LDCs annual Bank Syndication program which will give exposure to strategy of all Platforms (Businesses lines) and the institutional loan market.

Depending on individual performance, you could expect to develop professionally in any of the Finance or Risk functions depending on business needs, personal interest and at the conclusion of the program.

Key Department Rotations and Responsibilities:

Business Controlling:

• Prepare, monitor, and analyse the daily P&L and positions for assigned platforms/business units

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and supervision of structural technical aspects of construction
2. Supervise site building works
3. Liaise with Consultants, Sub-contractors
4. Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
5. Able to write report and necessary method statement

Requirements:

1. Minimum Professional Certificate/Diploma in Civil/ Structural Engineering/Building and Construction
2. Possess BCSS and Work at Height Certification
3. Minimum 4-5 years working experience in construction
4. Experience in structural steel works or precast RC works
5. Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure orderly housekeeping work
• Maintenance of the general cleanliness of the hotel guest rooms and public areas
• Recommend procedures and policies for housekeeping operations to improve standards and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or SPM qualifications
• Experience in Hotels/ Serviced residences will be an advantage, with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping operations
