Accounting and Financial Management:

• Prepare management accounts for Business Development activities, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow management.

• Manage loans from banks (project finance) and shareholders.
• Liaise with financial group companies, banks, and lenders.

• Manage contractual requirements, including facility agreements, shareholder agreements, management agreements, etc., depending on the nature of the project.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, Business Management, or Finance.
• Minimum of 3 years in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A team player with a positive working attitude.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.
• Experience in the shipping industry is an advantage.
• Experience in project finance management is a plus.
