Responsibility:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Wholesale Trade Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our wholesale distribution business. This individual will be responsible for overseeing logistics, inventory control, order fulfillment, and maintaining high service standards. The supervisor will lead a team of associates to ensure efficient workflow and productivity, while ensuring all products are delivered on time, in excellent condition, and according to customer specifications.
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and distribution activities.
- Lead and motivate warehouse and logistics staff.
- Monitor and manage stock levels and inventory flow.
- Ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered as required.
- Resolve customer issues and inquiries regarding orders and deliveries.
- Manage budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports to improve profitability and reduce costs.
- Able to carry heavy goods, roughly 20KG - 40KG.
- Need working on Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and overtime.
- Able to work rotate shift and overtime.
Working Location: SERANGOON NORTH
Requirement:
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience and have experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Must possess at least higher Education/ Diploma in any field.
• Bilingual speaker, need to liaise with Chinese & English client & workers.
• Strong leadership skills and management competencies.
• Strategic & critical thinking as well as decision-making and negotiation skills.
• Able to adapt, prioritize, exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi task and work independently.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills, including communication and interpersonal skills to deal with a diverse spectrum of people.
• Time management/ meticulous and mature in work.
