Job Responsibilities:

• Supports in gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Conduct research and data analysis to support business cases, project plans, and process improvements.
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation, including business process flows, requirements specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems or processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the operational team, including data entry, file management, and documentation.

Working Hours:

8.00 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong, Singapore 619325

(Transport will be provided, pick up at Lakeside MRT)
