Our client which is in the private debt field is looking for a flexible and resourceful candidate to assist with the company’s operations and marketing activities.
Job Description:
- Fund scheme operation and management
- Prepare and distribute quarterly investment reports to investors in English and Japanese
- Helped with marketing operations (e.g., editing and making YouTube videos, working closely with the webpage vendors, etc.)
- Support and edit the company's new articles in Japanese
- Ad-hoc tasks (on a time-to-time basis)
- Support and work closely with the Director
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the finance industry is preferred but not required
- A Business level of English and Japanese is needed to communicate with Japanese and local investors
- Able to work independently and respect teamwork
- At least five years of professional experience
- Willing to learn new things
- Having proactive and proposing an idea and change to a better way
- Able to work well within a small team setting and closely with the director
