About the Client: Our client is MNC company

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate technical expertise in end to end configuration of sales and supply chain processes in SAP (or S/4 HANA) SD, MM and PP modules
• Deliver innovative solutions using SAP and related technologies to meet requirements arising from programs, evolving regulatory environment and business development/ simplification initiatives according to SAP release and program schedules
• SAP configuration of SD module / and cross modules integration (LES /MM / FI/ CO) for End to End business processes
• To perform periodic, support related configuration tasks in SAP number range maintenance, financial calendars, year-end processing etc
• Implements new or maintains existing business solution in SAP SD area based on user requirements analysis
• Proposes, programs or configures, documents and tests business solution in SAP SD application according to the functional and technical requirements
• Understand SAP's master data integrity, information flow processes , landscape architecture especially in a Cloud based SaaS solution like S/4 HANA and BI/BW reporting and Analytics
• The consultant will assist clients in the implementation and support of SAP SD module
• Work closely with relevant business functions across all SAP Global sites to maintain a detailed and current knowledge of their organization, processes, priorities and system needs
• Support on-going SAP system vitality program.

Requirement:

• Deep hands-on functional experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
• Sales order processes, bill of lading , shipping, distributed requirement planning, variant configuration
• Overall 8 to 12 years of deep hands-on functional experience in the implementation and configuration of SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) includes 1 to 2 years in VISTEX
• At least 5 years implementation experience in SAP SD module.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers in monitoring outstanding payments
• Communicate with admin on registration, PDI & payments
• Communicate with PDI personnel on new vehicle delivery
• Liaising with banks for loan approval and insurance companies for insurance quotes
• Ensure all trade-ins, finance, and insurance are through an in-house panel
• Prospecting sessions with management to update on sales progress
• Maintain and upkeep the cleanliness and appearance of the Sales Showroom, Display & Test Drive vehicles
• Maintain operations standards according to Company policies set
• Serve walk-in Denza customers (including conducting test drives) and tap into own networks / existing customers to achieve Sales quotas
• Consistent engagement with clients with product updates, new promotions, new products, and new opportunities
• Follow up on assigned web inquiries
• Submit used vehicle quotes & liaise with VPO for all car trade-ins
• Key in leads, test drives & update prospects into the SalesForce system.
• Advise customers on bank loan and insurance schemes available
• Submission of all documents relating to new vehicles, used vehicles, loan, insurance, COE bids, registration, delivery, PDI, and customers’ special requests
• Checking of customers’ cars before delivery
• Follow up after delivery and Assist customers with service bookings

Requirements:

• Minimum O / A Levels / Diploma in Business or equivalent
• Suitable candidates should possess Sales Flair, good Sales Closing Techniques, and Presentation skills
• Candidates with prior car sales experience are a plus

• Experienced in Full cycle of Salesforce Communications Cloud implementation project
• Familiar with Omni studio and industries CPQ (Vlocity, Cloudsense)
• Experience in creating technical design, Salesforce development and implementations
• Life Cycle of Development including Salesforce Deployment/Packaging effectively using Metadata API, ChangeSet and Ant.
• Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VF, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations
• Writing Apex Classes, Visual Force Pages, Apex Triggers, Controllers, JQueries to implement complex business requirements
• Experience in developing reusable UI Components Frameworks
