• Responsible for the financial operations within the ASEAN & Oceania Region.

Job Requirements

• At least 15-20 years of experience in finance, with a significant portion in senior leadership roles, including experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or similar.
• Proven experience in managing financial operations/processes across a large, geographically diverse region, and in driving organizational improvements.
• Experience working in a Multinational Organization, with a deep understanding of regional financial, regulatory, and tax requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Finance professional to take on an important role in driving excellence across the areas of Financial Planning and Analysis as well as compliance with corporate polices and procedures, and statutory requirements. He/She will oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Group. He/She will perform timely and comprehensive variance analysis to identify key causes of business variances for performance measurement purposes. He/She is a subject matter expert in Financial Reporting and Accounting Standards and will be appointed as the designated key person for the ERP system implementation / integration / improvement. Duties will include:

• Oversee all aspects of Financial Planning and Analysis functions including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

Your Skills & Experience

Position Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for the P&L for certain Distributor markets, working with regional and corporate finance leadership, alongside cross-functional departments in the business. The primary responsibilities will include supporting the SharkNinja APAC Distributor Markets General Manager, sales, marketing, and operations organization, on all aspects of the P&L including in-depth margin & go-to market analysis, monthly accounting close process, and forecasting across P&L and Cash. Financial Forecasting & Planning

Main Responsibilities:

End to End Forecasting and Reporting Process

• Assist the Senior Manager – Controlling with the monthly Financial Planning Process from top line to bottom line, including coordination with relevant stakeholders.
