You will:

• Support our CFO in managing FinOps & Treasury on market expansion strategies and executing licensing, partnerships and M&A opportunities
• Manage and mentor a team of treasury and FinOps professionals across jurisdictions, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
• Oversees overall settlement operations and chargeback process
• Streamline and optimise business process and operations, iIdentify and manage risks
• Define and calibrate operational metrics on KPIs and OKRs for efficiency and accuracy
• Analyze (often ambiguous, unstructured) operational and business problems to identify areas for commercial growth, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
• Create and maintain documentation related to operational processes and improvements
• Implement automation strategies to minimise manual processes and optimise operational efficiency in payment workflows.
• Work with the product and engineering teams to ensure FinOps and treasury requirements are built into the payment product lifecycle.

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in financial operations and treasury management, preferably within fintech, payments, or banking sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of payment processing, settlement, and reconciliation workflows, with experience in high-volume transaction environments.

Purpose of the job:
The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst processes multiple financial data and provides a fair view of Asia-Pacific Regional level performance through consistent data aggregation and appropriate financial analyses. He or She:

• Finance support and domain expert for the Business Performance Director
• Challenges internal stakeholders to stimulate company-wide, regional, cluster or site performance.

Key accountabilities:

• Ensure all financial data are collected, analysed & its preparations in a timely manner
• Propose actual and forecasting/budgeting financial processes & planning to Region FP&A Leader, interacting with Clusters Finance Teams
• Maintain and enhance financial analytical reporting systems
• Coordinates budgeting & monthly reporting activities for the various functions & respective scorecards.
• Contributor to the APAC Business Review, D&IS & Service Product line MBRs (All KPIs related to Orders & backlog, P&L , Balance sheet)

Regional Finance Controller (Vertical)

As part of Hilti Regional office team in Singapore, you will be driving implementation of regional finance agenda across 9 market organizations, leading preparation of key regional meetings and oversee monthly reporting for top management.
