Roles and Responsibilities :
- Review rostering of staff for passenger services team
- Forward planning of staff attendance
- Daily adjustment of staff reporting time
- Prepare manpower statistics/ summary for reporting
- Time and attendance recording for payroll team’s action (including but not limited to preparing OT data and inputting into TAMS system)
- Take part in the project to digitalise manpower planning system
- Overall in charge of adhoc meet and assist requests (including but not limited to VIP escort, handling of Passenger with reduced mobility, etc)
- Liaise with duty managers and various airport operation entities (including but not limited to CAG, ICA, Certis Cisco, Airlines operations control, etc) for operational needs
- Be trained in basic operational knowledge (including but not limited to gate handling, escorting passengers, etc) and assist ground operations where required
- Any other tasks as assigned
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- Confident in Microsoft excel, words and powerpoint
- Confident in communications
- Able to take charge of situations and make quick decisions responsibly
- Have the drive to learn and able to take rotating shift work
