Job Title: Assistant Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis

Job Description

• Leading the finance business partnering for Consumer Business Group, Consumer Channel Sales and Customer Service Experience, this role is responsible in providing timely and effective financial analyses as well as insights and recommendations to business unit managers
• Driving finance digitalization and process simplification

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team in providing technical expertise in delivery of sound business and financial solutions with regards to operational, tactical and strategic decision of Division / Group.
• Provide critical financial and operational information to the Management and make recommendations on both operations and strategy to enhance financial performance, business decisions and opportunities.
• Partner with business group Senior Management to drive business, financial performance and provide advisory on financial implications of business activities.
• Coordinate long term operational and strategic planning and resource allocation for the business group.
• Proactive and hands-on in monthly forecast and annual budget exercise.
• Support in providing accurate analysis of budget, financial trends and forecast.
• CAPEX reviews and monitoring of return of investments, cashflow etc.
• Prepare short- and long-term financial forecasts and financial modeling.
• Review financial assumptions and highlight risks / issues.
• Monitor product profitability & drive cost reduction initiatives to improve profitability.
• Support monthly closing activities (e.g. providing data for accruals etc)
• Review business cases, presentation materials, etc.
• Track project profitability post bid/tender and ensure that revenue & cost is properly accounted for under IFRS15 (e.g. percentage of completion method)
• Ensure internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with regulatory laws and regulations for financial, statutory, audit and tax reporting / requirements.
• Drive process improvements across business units.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy and CA certified with minimum 12 - 15 years relevant working experience and at least 5 years of Business partnering & financial modelling experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with attention to details and accuracy while being able to provide crisp and clear summarized analysis.
• Good communication with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle ambiguity and deliver within strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Has tenacity and strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in planning tools, excellent excel, power BI and visual basic skills, SAP knowledge (optional).

Responsibilities:

-To plan work schedule for installers and drivers for site work.

-Familiar to coordinate with Singapore Route layout or Singapore road.

-Able to read counter top drawing is a priorities.

-to perform calculation work for site measurement sketch.

-Fast learner, meticulous and good in numbers.

-Administrative function includes coordination work between sales personnel, Installers and factory workers.

-Have intermediate experience in using Microsoft excel.

-Experience in Renovation and construction industries' experience preferred but not necessary.

Requirements:

-Minimum N Levels and above

-Minimum 1 year office/administrative/sales coordinator working experience

-Knows Microsoft office (Words, Excel, Outlook etc)

Remuneration:

-Basic Salary: $2000-$3000 (Depending on experience)

-Hand phone allowance of $70 will be provided after probation

-Working Hour: 8.00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday) 8.00AM-12.00PM (Saturday)

Job Overview:

As a assistant production planner for an injection molding company, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the manufacturing of injection molded products to ensure timely delivery to customers while optimizing the use of company resources.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Create production schedules for production lines, ensuring that production targets are met and customer orders are fulfilled.

· Analyze production data and adjust production schedules as necessary to ensure efficient use of company resources.

· Work with the sales team to understand customer demand and adjust production schedules accordingly.

· Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that raw materials and components are available in a timely manner.

· Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules to maintain appropriate stock levels.

· Coordinate with quality control personnel to ensure that production meets quality standards and customer specifications.

· Continuously monitor production processes and identify opportunities for process improvement.

· Prepare reports on production schedules, inventory levels, and production metrics for management review.

· Proficiency in MS Office and other office software, as well as good data analysis skills.

· Work closely with the production team to resolve any production process issues and minimize production delays and quality problems.
