The Senior Financial Modeling Analyst reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Governance. This position gathers, analyzes, and summarizes financial recommendations on new capital investments and sales opportunities.

This position will work closely with the Senior Director, Strategic Planning and Governance, Sales & Construction department head to develop business case modeling for new locations to analyze profitability, make financial recommendations and monitor financial performance. About the role – As a planner, you will work:

Specific job description

• Exploration: Be on the constant lookout for market trends, competitive activity, best-in-class digital and social case studies that keep our teams and clients abreast with what’s going on.

Roles and Responsibilities

Investment Planning & Analysis

• Lead investment or project evaluation, project structuring, financial modeling and funding requirements.
