You will play a role in championing the workforce transformation and reskilling needs of enterprises in the Financial Services sector. Enable industry and enterprise capabilities through strategic manpower planning

• Identify and assess key industry, manpower challenges and skills through data analysis and trend evaluation.
• Engage strategic accounts and companies to ascertain company’s manpower related and reskilling pain points and work with companies to implement strategies for workforce transformation.
• Recommend strategic human capital solutions aligning with industry or enterprises’ business and manpower needs.
• Support the Industry Transformation Map (ITM) and Jobs Transformation Map (JTM) to articulate key insights and trends, particularly the Jobs and Skills pillar.
