In this role, you are responsible for managing an organization's financial health and strategy, include overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing internal controls. Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Financial Planning and Management:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Prepare long-term financial forecasts and budgets.
• Analyze financial performance and recommend strategies to improve profitability.

2. Financial Reporting and Analysis

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
• Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders, including forecasts and variance analyses.
• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess financial health.

3. Risk Management

• Identify and manage financial risks, including credit, liquidity, and market risks.
• Ensure the company has adequate insurance coverage and contingency plans.
• Develop and enforce internal controls to protect the organization's assets.

4. Cash Flow and Capital Management

• Monitor and optimize cash flow to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
• Oversee capital expenditure and assess the viability of major investments.
• Negotiate financing arrangements, such as loans or lines of credit, with financial institutions.

5. Compliance and Governance

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, financial laws, and corporate governance policies.

6. Leadership and Team Management

• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance and accountability.

7. Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a key point of contact for external stakeholders, including investors, regulators, and banks.

• Leverage financial technologies (e.g., ERP systems, analytics tools) to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.
• Experience: 8+ years in finance-related roles, with at least 3–5 years in leadership or senior management positions.
• Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
• Language Requirements: Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken, written, and read) and English (spoken, written, and read) is required.
