Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Implement supply chain strategies for assigned products and programs to support delivery, reduce supply risk, reduce costs, and optimize cash flow.
• Attend production meetings and communicate shortage updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify, troubleshoot and resolve root causes of issues such as planning errors, unexpected demand, Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementations, supply constraints.
• Maintain DDMRP (Demand Driven MRP) programs such as Kanban and safety stock replenishment, including quantity analysis, ERP system updates, contract maintenance, and forecast communication with suppliers, ensuring compliance with service levels and mitigating liabilities.
• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all value-added activities within a product's value chain, including diagramming and measurement.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• About 1-2 years of Planning experience in semiconductor or similar manufacturing industries would be preferred

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the financial status of Komico Singapore and prepare comprehensive financial reports for submission to HQ in Korea.
• Liaise with Korean accountants, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and reporting processes.
• Follow up and update Korean HQ and auditors with requested financial information and documentation.
• Manage the company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance with both Singapore and Korean financial regulations.
• Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy, including forecasting, budgeting, and risk management.

Required / Preferred Experience and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in the Korean language is required due to the role’s need to liaise with Korean stakeholders and auditors.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting.
• Strong knowledge of Korean MNC financial law, including compliance requirements and reporting standards.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing financial teams or operations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monitoring and managing of WIP and customer backlog.
• Plan daily production schedule for manufacturing execution and work with cross-functional team to meet SOD.
• Manage customer demand forecast & capacity allocation.
• Acting as customer interface in providing daily operational updates to customers.
• Improve capacity utilization through better device mix management.

Requirements
