Position Overview:

• We seek a skilled and experienced Financial Analyst with a background in the oil and gas industry, particularly in drilling and logging tool manufacturing, field service, and repair & maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience following a master’s degree, demonstrating expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, and industry-specific financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making in drilling and logging tool manufacturing, field service, and repair & maintenance business units.
  Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts tailored to these operational areas.
  Monitor key financial performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the manufacturing, servicing, and maintenance of drilling and logging tools.
  
• Strategic Support: Evaluate operational data to identify cost-saving opportunities, efficiency improvements, and financial risks.Support capital allocation decisions by preparing investment analyses and financial justifications.
  
• Cost Management: Analyze cost structures in tool manufacturing processes and field service operations to drive margin improvements.
  
• Operational Insights: Assess revenue streams from field services, repairs, and maintenance contracts to identify growth opportunities.
  
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure financial activities adhere to industry regulations and internal policies. Provide audit support and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of financial analyst experience with a master’s degree in Finance and Business Administration, with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry.
• Hands-on experience in financial analysis for drilling and logging tool manufacturing, field service, and repair & maintenance operations.
• Strong understanding of technology, cost structures, revenue models, and operational workflows in these specialized areas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee inventory to meet production demands and avoid shortages.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities:

• To develop strategic, accurate and effective planning for production and materials
• Liaise with all levels of personnel to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise
• Excellent problem solving skill

Responsibilities:

RECEIVING

1. Plans for daily collection of parts from customers.

2. Verifies all customers’ parts and quantities against their Purchase Order or other delivery documentations and acknowledge acceptance.

3. Generates the Process Control Card (PCC) from the DNAsp.

4. The Production Planner will clone the process steps in the PCC if it is a new part and/or there is no data is found in the DNAsp. He/She will stamp “NEW PART PLS REFER TO TECHNICAL TEAM” on the PCC.

5. Ensures that the process requirements are correctly specified on the PCC prior releasing for incoming inspection.

6. Seeks clarification from customers if the following discrepancies are identified.

- Part information i.e. Part Number, Serial Number, Job Number, Quantity, etc.

- Incorrect process work scopes.

- Incorrect certification required.

7. Responsible for prioritizing production planning and scheduling of parts processing.

WORK IN-PROGRESS (WIP)

8. Monitors of parts status in the DNAsp and discusses with Production to ensure that parts delivery schedules are met.

9. Informs respective customer and proposes for alternate turnaround time (TAT) or delivery date if the original TAT is not met.

DELIVERY

10. Generate Delivery Orders for processed parts and arrange for parts delivery to customers.

SUB-CONTRACTING

11. Issues of Purchase Order to subcontractor. Ensures that relevant documentations are attached with the job.

12. Coordinates with subcontractor for the parts collection or makes necessary arrangement for delivery of parts to them.

13. Liaises with subcontractor to ensure that work is completed as per schedule.

14. Ensures that subcontractor’s COC and/or Inspection Report are attached with the parts upon work completed.

OTHERS

15. Assumes the responsibilities of the Production Control Executive in her absence.

As part of the Medical Social Services team, you will be responsible for the counseling of patients on the use of CPF (Central Provident Fund) Medisave accounts, apply governmental financial assistance schemes to assist patients in need, explain chronic care management packages available at our polyclinics, process case documents and write social reports to facilitate the financial applications. You will also conduct peer’s audit check on Medicare Assistance, ensure proper documentation, filing and safekeeping of Medisave Authorization Form (MAF) for patients and perform daily reconciliation of MAF (Medisave Application Form) to the Medisave sign-up cases in the clinic system. You will be required to provide assistance and support to the Medical Social Workers in social service case management for patients in need at the polyclinic.

You are also required to perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisors.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma / Higher NITEC / A-Level
• At least 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous and have an eye for numbers
• Experience in the social service sector and/or counselling will be an advantage
