This is a 12 Month Contract based in Singapore on a renewal basis, Candidate with Financial or Banking Industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze data to identify business opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Develop and document business requirements and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.
• Assist with project management and coordinate with various departments.
• Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Support the development and implementation of business strategies.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in conducting business analysis functions, stakeholder management, solution designing, software test planning, vendor management and production support.
• Experience in the documentation of BRD, FSD, use cases, visual modelling and business processes.
• Experience in ETL/ELT process, SQL and API.
• Experience in Agile methodology skill with strong delivery mindset.Possess a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related fields.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development, and familiar with business applications in investment/banking industries.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong ability to manage and align expectations of senior level business stakeholders across different business units to accept solutions proposed by project teams.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills and a team player who has growth mindset and confident to work independently
• Good understanding of financial application, workflow, UI/UX, database design and software engineering best practices."

The Financial Analyst will be based in Changi South, Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Monthly end closing activities including preparing of GL entries, Accruals, Prepayments, Deferred, Reclassifications.
• Prepare cost actual & analyze cost variance, deep-dive root-cause in monthly basis.
• Perform reconciliation of balance sheet.
• Work with cross team to identify and drive cost savings opportunities.
• Ensure SOX compliance in accordance with Flex standard policy and procedures for financial reporting.
• Support external/Internal auditors in their examination financial statements and compliance.
• Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis.

Job Requirements

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Requires minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Strong Knowledge of Finance and accounting concepts.
