Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing
• Position Title: Production Planner / Materials Planner
• Working Location: Serangoon
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 6 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,500 + OT + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Material planning based on production requirement
• Plan and manage inventory at the optimal level
• Monitor production schedule to meet on-time delivery
• Work with the testing team and arrange production staff to work according to the production schedule
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum 1 year in the electronics manufacturing industry
• Able to communicate and work closely with internal customers, purchasing team and sub-contractors
• Material planning for production requirement

Position: Temporary O&T Financial Control (Invoice Processing Team)
Location: Tampines (Opposite MRT)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to $2,500 per month

Contract Duration:
3 months, until the end of January 2025

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily invoice checks in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure timely and efficient handling of invoices to maintain smooth financial control.
• Support the Invoice Processing Team with essential operational tasks.
