Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement

• Lead and support initiatives for continuous improvement in utility system operations, maintenance, and reliability programs.
• Develop and implement metrics to optimize utility system performance.
• Oversee or assist system owners in utility projects, including the review of engineering design documents and associated drawings.
• Manage or participate in Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), commissioning, and system testing to meet User Specification Requirements (URS).

• Lead and support audit readiness activities for regulatory inspections, ensuring compliance with site SOPs, global SOPs, GEP, and GDP.

• Conduct deviation investigations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs) to mitigate recurrence of similar incidents.
• Lead or support change control and evaluation initiatives to enhance system reliability and operations.
• Actively promote and adhere to Company's safety culture.

Sustainability

• Lead or support site sustainability programs by analyzing energy consumption data, benchmarking overall usage, and identifying opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and present business cases to drive progress toward the site’s sustainability targets.
• Prepare utility consumption data for regulatory authority submissions.
