Job Description:

• To carry out schedule maintenance and attend breakdown service call for installed BMS/Security/ELV System
• To carry out A&A work

Job Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering

• Building Management System/Building Automation System
• PLC System

• Facilitating and/ or supporting discussions with diverse stakeholders across clinical divisions in the conceptualisation of clinical and supporting services.
• Supporting the development of key strategic plans in line with future models of care for services for the facility while focusing on new paradigms in a post-COVID-19 environment.
• Collecting, organising and analysing data to support the planning process, as well as application of research with exposure to different models of care led by other institutions or industries.
• Providing secretariat support to assigned Committees led by Senior Management, and its supporting Workgroups.
• Engaging a myriad of stakeholders across clinical, operations, architectural, IT, engineering and other domains to assist with developing a detailed business case proposal.
• Supporting the DCEO, COO and Directors in whole-of-campus space management and planning, including vacated spaces in and around the organisation, with the view to achieve resource optimisation

Requirements:

• Min Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Min. 3 years of relevant experience
• Secretariat experience in supporting committees led by C-suite members and Senior Clinical Leadership will be an advantage
• Ability to liaise with various level of stakeholders
• Team-player and independent
• Good project management skills, detail oriented
• Excellent written skills, especially in paper and minute writing, as well as oral communications and presentation skills
• Ability to prepare slides (Microsoft Powerpoint) comprising clear and concise messaging with visually appealing infographics
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience in policy writing and /or clinical service planning will be an advantage

Job Description

- Interviewing and recruiting staff, enforcing company policies and practices

- Assist with Training Administration

QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SPECIFICATION

- Diploma / Bachelor Degree/ Specialised Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or other equivalent qualifications.

- Minimum 2 years of full Human Resources Management experience preferably in a Food and Beverage Manufacturing environment.

- Well versed in English

- Producing Manpower/ Turnover report monthly and good with Excel / Pivot table. Able to create charts/ graphs for analysis by Management

- Strong knowledge of CPF, MOM, PDPA, and other related Laws

- Capable of working with minimum supervision and comfortably across different cultural environments.

- Meticulous and able to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Prior experience with Infotech-HRMS and added advantage
