BROAD FUNCTION

The role of the Executive, Clinical Services, is to plan and support the development and implementation of clinical services and clinical programmes , as part of the functions of the Clinical Services Office. He/She will work closely with the Chairman, Medical Board, Deputy Director, Clinical Services, Clinical Heads, other staff members of Clinical Services, internal and external stakeholders.

The Executive will also have the opportunity to participate in other roles within the Clinical Services office for growth and development.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific

• Support the strategic development and implementation of clinical services and hospital-wide clinical programmes, including development of policies, guidelines, workflows and care paths.
• Monitor, collate and analyse data from the programmes to identify early trends and work with the programme lead to develop interventions if needed.
• Perform administrative duties relating to the clinical programmes, including secretariat duties, organising multi-disciplinary meetings and workgroups.
• Conduct audits, quality improvement and produce reports on the activities and performance of the programmes.
• Support hospital licensing activities including preparation of checklists and documents

General

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Chairman, Medical Board and/or Deputy Director, Clinical Services.
• Support related Go-Live activities (e.g. full dress rehearsal) and hospital committees under the responsibility of Clinical Services and undertake its related work working with internal and external stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• University Degree
• At least 2-3 years of related experience
• Experience in related areas (e.g. healthcare, clinical operations, clinical services, clinical coordinator, data analytics, audit, licensing) would be advantageous
• Able to multi-task and with good project management skills
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
• Possess a good command of language, both written and spoken
• Data savvy and proficient with systems thinking

Working hours: 5.5days (Sat half day wfh)

Job Scope:

• Respond to customer inquiries and generate quotations
• Coordinate and organize import and export shipments
• Communicate with international agents to verify shipping documents and adhere to country-specific rules and regulations
• Issue customs permits as required
• Maintain close communication with vendors, shippers, customers, carriers, and overseas agents
• Conduct data entry for freight services
• Ensure accurate management of paperwork and documentation for billing
• Close files promptly after the completion of shipments

A Japanese consulting firm is currently in search of a Senior Consultant focused on IT Service Management.

The Responsibilities:

• Enhancing the IT Service Management (ITSM) project management capabilities of IT department in the client organization
• Assisting execution of improvement actions to realize sufficient IT Service Management (ITSM) capabilities in the IT department
• Collaboratively work with team members to execute improvement actions
• Analyze workload of each project and task Adjust master schedule of each project
• Draft IT Service Management (ITSM) guidelines for IT department
• Draft template of IT Service Management (ITSM) deliverables (e.g. Policy, Standard, Procedure, Manual, Roles and Responsibilities, etc.)
• Draft project status reports for IT Service Management (ITSM) enhancement
• Other relevant tasks (e.g. meeting facilitation, documentation, proposal of further improvement, etc.)

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree and above. With 10-15 years of work experience
• Experience in consulting
• At least 3 year of IT Service Management (ITSM) experience for IT project
• Documentation experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) context (PowerPoint, Excel, Word skills are required)
• Systematic knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Proficiency in Japanese language (Business level) is required to be able to liaise effectively with native Japanese-speaking stakeholders
• With client-facing experience is highly advantageous
