Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive - BYD / Denza

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Provide accurate information about the Automotive products, services, and policies.
3. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and warranty claims.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
5. Coordinate with internal departments, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to address customer needs effectively.
6. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
8. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
9. Stay up-to-date on product features, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
10. Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
11. Conduct and manage customer satisfaction survey including but not limited to post showroom visit/ test drive/delivery customer satisfaction follow up
12. Collect, analyze and share useful statistics, market trend and local best practice from retail marketing operations
13. Handle unexpected events, such as customer complaints, poor departmental cooperation, etc., to ensure effective implementation of the associated processes.
14. Assist sales manager to set the monthly DCC outbound call volume , customer arrival volume, test drive volume to complete the lead generation rate, follow up rate, arrival rate , test drive rate of various indicators statistics and analysis

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and electric vehicles is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.
• Prefer candidate who able to start immediately.

Assistant Cook Job Description:

An Assistant Cook, or Assistant Chef ensures the kitchen is orderly and assists Cooks to prepare and arrange food. Their duties include cleaning the kitchen area, washing dishes and utensils and ensuring that the Cook has everything required to run the kitchen efficiently.

Assistant Cook duties and responsibilities:

• Assisting the Cook in food preparation activities, such as cleaning, cutting, chopping and peeling food ingredients

• Cleaning and sanitising the food preparation areas based on company and industry hygiene codes and health and safety standards

• Washing, disinfecting and properly storing cooking and kitchen utensils and equipment

• Buying, weighing and storing ingredients and food supplies

• Operating a variety of kitchen appliances and instruments including cutters, knives, mixers and ovens

• Managing inventory, unloading supplies and organising the storeroom

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs, committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

• Develop new menu items while improvising the existing ones.

• Maintain and manage kitchen expenses,food costs, inventory, and staffing with in budgetary limits.
