Job Description

We are looking for a Service Engineer as Maintenance Lead to lead and supervise the maintenance team in maintaining and managing system hardware and networks at customer site located over Singapore island to meet the contractual Service Level Agreement (SLA). Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist tasks such as greeting customers, scheduling of appointments, handling queries & complaints via phone, email or general correspondence.
• Maintain a high degree of patient care at the clinic, ensuring that patients have the best experience possible.
• Manage office supplies such as dental products, stationery, equipment and furniture.
• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly. Liaise with appropriate vendors/departments to resolve any issues.
• Submit dental claims via CHAS, Medisave and Dental Insurance portals.
• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining clinic records, fill out clinic forms, and file timely reports.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Experience in customer service or reception duties (preferred)
• Possess good communication skills
• Applicants with no experience working in dental clinic operations but are willing to learn are welcome to apply
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to work on at least one weekend (Sat or Sun)

Our role is full time, at 44 hours per week on rotation (inclusive of weekends). This is a full time role with minimum one year of commitment. Eligibility to work without visa sponsorship is required for this vacancy.

Responsibilities for this role (not exhaustive):

• Manage incoming phone lines & directing calls
• Scheduling appointments and communicating booking requirements to clients
• Communicating patient arrivals and emergencies to clinical staff
• Finalising invoices, processing payment, and balancing the till
• Dispensing medication
• Perform various ad hoc administrative duties

Requirement:

• Minimum 'O' level
• Able to work in a team and independently
• Having client facing experience would be an advantage

· Propertable setting including setting up items such as crookery and menu

· Replenish supplies such as serviette, table ware and refill condiments

· Usher customer to their table

· Present menus to customers，inform customers of promotional items and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request

· Taking customers’ order and prepare drinks and dessert to customer

· Serve food and beverages to customers

· Clean tables after customers have finished dining and take them to kitchen for cleaning

· Perform cashiering at times

· Perform opening and closing duties such as drinks preparation and housekeeping

· Dishwashing when required.

· Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors

· 呈上菜单给顾客,告知顾客餐馆的促销并回答顾客对于菜单上的疑问,应要求提供建议

· 为顾客呈上食物或饮料

· 顾客用餐完毕后,为顾客清理桌面，把碗碟或杯送到厨房以备清洁

· 协助顾客买单

· 负责开店和关店的餐饮准备和清理工作

· 执行主管所委派的其他合理工作
