You will work in a range of clinical services, including inpatient care of rehabilitation and sub-acute patients, outpatient clinics focusing on integrative care of patients with chronic disease, geriatric syndromes and rehabilitative care, and home medical care for chronic bed bound patients. Doctors with specific preference will be able to focus on inpatient, outpatient or home medical care.

Responsibilities:

· Provide inpatient and outpatient care of patients at St Luke’s Hospital and other assigned institutions as part of extension of services of the hospital

· Participate in relevant research

· Keep good records of treatment and findings and write relevant reports and referrals

· Be actively involved in the screening of referrals as well as bed management.

Requirements:

· Basic medical degree and registered to practice in Singapore

· Preferably with 2 years experience in a hospital environment

· Postgraduate exposure to geriatric medicine will be an advantage

· Interested to work with elderly patients

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of a secondary education.

· Successfully completed the following WSQ modules:

o Guard and Patrol: Provide Guard and Patrol Services.

o Incident Response: Handle Security Incidents and Services.

o Threat Observation: Recognise Terrorist Threats.

· Possession of PLRD license.

· 1 – 3 years’ relevant experience in the security field.

· Able to read and write simple English.

· Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

· Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including processing invoices, payments, and tracking outstanding balances.
• Reconcile financial statements, including bank statements, to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and issue invoices to customers for products or services rendered.
• ⁠Monitor and follow up on overdue payments to ensure timely collections.
• Submit tax filings such as GST returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Maintain updated financial records in accounting software and spreadsheets.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, budgets, and cash flow statements.

Administrative Duties

• Oversee general office administration, including procurement of office supplies and maintaining office equipment.
• Maintain accurate filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with external vendors for services such as IT support or maintenance.
• Provide support to management by preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.

Order Taking & Service Coordination

• Assist in processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate service schedules to ensure timely delivery or execution of services.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the operations team to address service-related issues.
• ⁠Maintain clear communication with customers regarding order status or changes.

Invoicing Support

• ⁠Prepare, send, and store invoices for all transactions.
• Reconcile customer payments with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients when necessary.

General Support

• Provide backup support for other administrative staff during their absence by managing their tasks effectively.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries related to accounting, administrative matters, or customer orders.

Requirements

• ⁠Proven experience in an Accounts/Admin role or similar position.
• ⁠Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and accounting software (Xero).
• ⁠Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., financial formulas, creating spreadsheets).
• ⁠Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• ⁠Ability to identify numerical errors and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory if relevant experience is demonstrated.
• ⁠Familiarity with Singapore’s tax regulations (e.g., GST compliance).
• ⁠Experience in service coordination or customer order management is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• To look after worksite environmental, health & safety, carry out site inspections and to engage workers and stakeholders on maintaining good environmental health standards.
• Advise & train workers, staff and site personnel on EHS.
• Responsible for monitoring all activities on site and ensure that all contractors comply with the requirements of environmental compliance.
• Record, compile and prepare HSE reports and submit site environmental control report periodically.

Requirements:

• Registered ECO with NEA.
• WSQ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
• At least 5 years of experience in the building & construction industry as a Registered ECO.

Jobs Description & Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from tertiary institutions subject to Authority’s Representative’s Approval;
• Resident Technical Officer /site supervisors must be accepted by BCA under the Building Control Act / Resident Technical Officer /site supervisors shall possess at least the National Construction Certificate of Supervision (NCCS) and possesses minimum 3 years relevant work experience.
• Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES;
• Possess at least 5 years of site supervision experience, including experience in supervision of pipe jacking works, building works and architectural elements and finishing works.
• Shall be conversant with contract administration, statutory requirements for site supervisors, quality control procedures, and submission of progress reports.
• Must be willing to do overtime or shift work if requested
• Preferably Singapore citizen or SPR
