Job Responsibilities :

1. Content Creation:
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns aligning with the company’s branding.
   • Produce content for digital and social media channels, including graphics, videos, eDMs, banners, and more.
   • Adapt marketing creatives for various formats, such as websites, presentations, and print materials.
2. Web Design:
   • Enhance the visual appeal and readability of webpages , ensuring alignment with Business branding.
   • Optimize web visuals for responsiveness across all devices.
   • Create infographics and illustrations to present complex information clearly.
3. Brand Architecture and Guidelines:
   • Assist in developing and implementing new brand architecture.
   • Expand andmaintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across sub-brands and co-branding.
   • Upload and manage brand identity materials to ensure consistent application across all channels.
4. Asset Library Management:
   • Create and update marketing templates in line with brand guidelines.
   • Curate and share relevant assets with other divisions, maintaining an organized asset library.
   • Provide training on the use of the asset library and templates.

Job Requirements:

• Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, web design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD), and CMS.

Requirements:

• Diploma / certification in any of the following: Architecture, Interior Design, Project/construction management, related building construction/ M&E studies.
• Min two (2) years of experience in project management, preferably in retail industry.
• Familiar with Architectural Drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCad, Adobe (CS, Photoshop, Illustrator), Corel, SketchUp, 3D Max
• Familiar with carpentry, electrical, renovation works and fit-out works.

Job Descriptions:

Interior Design:

1. Coordinate with Landlord, Contractor, Sales team, Merchandising team, and Marketing team in conceptualizing, designing and space planning of retail pop-out store/counter/kiosk
2. Source materials and coordinate with suppliers and contractors for shop fit-out and renovation
3. Prepare shop, retail counter, exhibition booth designing, drawings and cutting list
4. Inspection of Dry-Lay / Materials and subsequent Follow-Up Presenting mood/material boards, developing layout plan (often using 3D software such as Sketchup), and perspective/detailed drawing for retail spaces
5. Developing graphic design artworks using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
6. Create themes and plans, including window and in-store displays, signage and posters

Project:

1. Manage and coordinate (a) fit-out of local retail shop and (b) fit-out of counter space
2. Planning and development of master plan, A&A plan, M&E plan, etc, and renovation of retail outlet.
3. Prepare and submit renovation plan in accordance to local regulation and specific requirement from respective landlord.
4. Constant sourcing of fit out contractors and to manage the tender process and handle various trade contractors and suppliers on parallel contract in project execution.
5. To arrange and attend site meeting prior to project implementation including coordinating on-site installation work, monitoring and supervising on-site installation, etc
6. Liaise on coordinating with related parties (e.g. contractors, suppliers, business partners, landlord, colleagues from other department, etc) on shop fitting progress.
7. Ensure and follow through that projects are completed on time, within budget and constantly supervise, control and coordinate works accordingly to project plans to ensure timeliness and high quality.
8. Conduct frequent site inspections and meetings to ensure high quality work of the contractor and supplier.
9. Perform quality check and proper handover upon completion of project and to follow through on all outstanding matters/defect items.
10. Advise Accounts department on progress billing.
