Responsibilities

• Support visual design work related to organizational culture, and promote the company's values and management philosophy by producing high-quality creative assets.
• Responsible for graphic design on internal communication channels such as the TV, offline activities as well as on external platforms.
• Responsible for providing an end-to-end solution package that includes but isn't limited to project creation, intra-team collaboration, cross-team communication, vendor management, and execution to ensure delivery on time and up to standard.
• Drive creative development for company’s marketing collateral, display video ads, Global brand campaigns, promotional campaigns, PR, internal communications, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or above, ideally in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or a relevant field.
• Solid collaboration skills, able to grasp design needs accurately and deliver projects on time.
• Excellent sense of style, have a good understanding of graphics, trends and innovation with attention to detail.
• Detailed-oriented, adaptable to changes, able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent English communication skills with Chinese language ability being a plus, as the role will need to translate and proofread creative content between the two languages.
• Proficient with industry-standard design and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Animate, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma)
• Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for different video formats.

Job Responsibilities

· In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design works.

· Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.

· Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.

Position

We are starting the decommissioning of our Kondor Plus trading platform for our Treasury business to transfer this activity to our main front office target platform (Orchestrade or OT). Orchestrade is already implemented for a large list of assets and business lines.

The DeKOT project (decommissioning of Kondor+ to migrate into Orchestrade) will migrate our worldwide cross asset treasury platform (all products) booked in several instances of Kondor Plus. We are creating a team in Singapore to take in charge some part of the project (e.g. In-bound and out-bound flows of the platform for various systems or modules, API…). Performance and latency of those interfaces will be key for the success of the project.

With strong interactions with our Paris Head office team, the business analyst would work with the first team members and development team based in Asia in Singapore, our IT treasury team, business stakeholders in the region and our head office teams. The team will be fully allocated to this project and will be part of a multi sites project team.

Main responsibilities

Build & change management

• Analyze enhancement and propose solutions in collaboration with Architects, developers and business stakeholders.
