Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact, greet and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations.
- Manage sales transactions, process payments, and handle returns/exchanges.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and organizing new stock.
- Set up and participate in store events or creative workshops for children.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.
- Provide support with any administrative tasks
- Assist with online orders and packaging
Requirements:
- Prior work experience in retail or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer skills for operating the POS system
- Able to work in retail operation timings including weekends, public holidays
- Enthusiastic about working with children, stationery and creative products
