Inventory Management (including uniform)
· Track asset movement and labeling of assets
· Record all receipts into Store Keeping records and computer system
· Ensure all store issues are supported by Request Form and recorded into storekeeping records/computer system to facilitate cost of supplies issued chargeable to the requisitioning department
· Maintain store record to account for inventory control and to ensure that stock out is minimized
· Practice First-In-First-Out and monitor expiry date at regular interval
· Organize the store properly to ensure that goods are properly kept and identified and easily accessible
· Conduct clearance exercise at regular interval and raise Condemnation Form to document disposals
· Assist where required in management, delivery and/or collection of goods or donations
Preparation of Events
· Organize and arrange tables and chairs requested for training, function, talk etc.
Relief Duties
· Cover the Reception counter during the absence of the Assistant - Admin
Administrative and Other Work
· Participate as a member for the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT)
· Any other duties as assigned by Executive, Senior Manager or Head of Centre
