Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage the preschool’s correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for student and staff information.
  
• Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings or events, including parent-teacher meetings. Coordinate with staff, parents, and external vendors as needed.
  
• Documentation and Reporting: Handle enrollment documentation and maintain student records. Prepare reports and assist in compiling data for the management team.
  
• Financial and Inventory Tasks: Process invoices, payments, and petty cash claims. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring sufficient inventory.
  
• Customer Service: Address queries from parents, staff, and visitors professionally. Support the school in fostering positive relationships with parents.
  
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to the regulatory guidelines and policies of the preschool. Assist in preparing documents for audits or inspections.
  

Skills and Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
• Preschool experience on Claim/Grant and little live App.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures in an educational setting is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Logistics Supervisor/Officer/Section Manager.
• Drive the truck for delivery/unloading of finished goods and collect/loading empty containers at the customer site.
• Drive the truck for material transfers between the company premises and off-site warehouses.
• Ensure proper truck operation and safe, timely delivery of finished goods.
• Assist with delivery/unloading of finished goods and collection/loading of empty containers at/from customer sites.
• Manage traffic control and safety for incoming and outgoing vehicles during shipments and deliveries.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the warehouse vicinity.
• Assist with warehouse duties when assigned, including:
• • Preparing goods for shipment, including label scanning.
• • Loading/unloading goods from containers.
• • Storing goods on the racking system.
• Drive Prime Mover when possible.
• Adhere strictly to EHS and QMS procedures in all activities.
• Perform any other tasks as instructed by the superior.
