Responsibilities:

1. Coordinating and preparing logistics for clinical postings and teaching activities.

2. Timely collection of feedback and the implementation of quality improvement projects.

3. Support national school examinations. This includes logistics arrangements, venue reservations, and providing support to schools during tests and exams.

Requirements:

· Proficient with using Microsoft Office.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and deliver results to meet timelines.

Job scope

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly in the Eunos Crescent community.
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Requirement

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Preferably with relevant experience in working with elderly clients in the community setting and healthcare or social service sector.
• Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Possess adaptability to find ways of solving and/or pre-empting problems.
• Applicant must be willing to work 5.5 days/week
