Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory levels across channels, coordinate stock transfers, and perform regular audits.
• Oversee order processing, ensure timely delivery, and handle shipping and returns.
• Prepare sales reports, support promotional activities, and maintain studio cleanliness.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure consistent service standards.
• Support the integration of omnichannel systems, ensure accurate product info.

• Facilitate communication between online and offline teams, and support marketing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent qualifications
• Possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the retail industry
• Proficient in MS office application
• Able to organise, prioritise, multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication, interpersonal, planning and organising skills
• Able to interact with peers and liaise with external parties in a professional manner
