• Working Location: Woodlands (Nearest MRT: Admiralty)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $2,700 + AWS + Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Create Purchase Orders.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure received items meet quantity and quality standards.
• Verify vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery orders.
• Address product quality concerns and inconsistencies with suppliers.
• Monitor warehouse stock levels to ensure adequate inventory.
• Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding documentation (e.g., MSDS, product specifications).
• Conduct weekly inventory checks.
• Participate in the annual stock take.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Provide sales support to the sales team for creation of sales orders, delivery orders and update the stocks levels that require attention.
· Prepare & Submit Weekly/Daily Inventory Report & Forecast
· Coordinate with forwarder, track orders and ensure timely delivery
· Maintain updated records of sales/purchased product, delivery information and invoices
· Manage and checking sales staffs’ travel Report, After-trip Report & Expenses Claim
· Checking & record the submission of marketing requests and claim
· Provide Sales Team with operational and administrative support
· Handle office equipment/building/occupancy maintenance contract / license renewal
· Providing ad-hoc general administrative/hr support when assigned

Requirements:
· Able to multitask.
· Good organizing and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel & Word)
· Able to speak and write “HuaYu”
· Singaporean/PR only
