What are we looking for?

We are looking for an Operations Executive (Orders Fulfillment) who possesses good attitude and can handle and respond promptly to customers’ enquiries. He or she must be able to listen actively and display empathy when corresponding over the phone or through chats, and to oversee and manage daily fulfillment operations in our company, making sure that everything is running smoothly and according to schedule.

He/She should be a detail-orientated and organized representative who is able to work independently and as well as in a team structure. The candidate must responsible, self-motivated and comfortable with multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. An easy going nature and possess good work attitude to best serve the interests of the

organization.

1. Roles & Responsibilities

For B2B Corporate Business:

• To support the sales managers on handling administrative duties and processing orders and stock transfers requests.
• Serve and engage customers' phone enquiries with good attitude
• Attend to and resolve all customers’ feedback and enquiries promptly
• Report difficult cases to management
• Participate in planning and coordinating daily in-house delivery schedule for orders across all platforms
• Creating document for in-house deliveries
• Prepare supporting documents to account for goods returned
• Keep record of all relevant information obtained to handle enquiries and complaints, filing of signed DO and other important documents

2. For Ecommerce Platforms and Marketplaces:

• 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales Operations role or studied in a related field (Business etc.)·
• Processing and scheduling Ecomm orders using 3PL and inhouse deliveries.
• · Attend and resolve customers’ complaints via online platform chat/emails/calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with warehouse operations to ensure smooth fulfilment process
• Provide sales support to the sales team for creation of sales orders, delivery orders and update the stocks levels that require attention.
• Assist in stock replenishment or stock transfer requests with proper transfer procedures.
• Keep records of customers’ interactions, filing of DO and other important clients’ documents.
• Performs any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Sales Operations role or studied in a related field (Business etc.)·
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

3. Education & Skills Requirements:

• Diploma holder or Degree with customer service working experience

About the role – As a planner, you will work:

• With account and planning leads to create strategies that address clients’ business needs

Specific job description

• Exploration: Be on the constant lookout for market trends, competitive activity, best-in-class digital and social case studies that keep our teams and clients abreast with what’s going on.
• Strategy development: Receive and interrogate briefs from clients. Using modern research techniques e.g. social media monitoring as well as traditional techniques e.g. focus groups, create insights which lead to clear strategies that address clients’ briefs and inspire creative teams.
• Creative development and execution: Work with creative teams to ensure that ideas developed are on brief.
• Optimisation: Constantly monitor progress and recommend ways in which the work can be improved.

Desired skills and experience:

• You should be degree-educated, preferably in communications, marketing or business; or have relevant work experience in lieu of this
• 4 years of experience in an international creative, media or research agency: as an analyst, researcher, planner or account manager working with clients in Singapore and Asian markets
• Be bright, articulate, numerate and full of initiative; able to write and present a persuasive story from disparate data sources
• Be intellectually curious and able to apply this curiosity in a practical manner. Have an innate sense of the right questions and measures of success for each situation
• Be cognisant of business realities and comfortable with a constant state of organised chaos – that’s just the reality of the trade
• Be passionate about digital and social media, and the places today’s consumers inhabit
• Have the ability to take the job but not yourself too seriously
• Having an entrepreneurial itch to champion business-building initiatives for the agency and clients – is a plus
