· Liaise with Project Manager

· Prepare documents for electrical testing

· Rectify and repair electrical issues at site

· Prepare and submit tender quotations

· Submit progress claims, monitor project activities

· Project planning, execute resource management and control

· Co-ordinate with sub-contractors,suppliers and Consultants for BuildingConstruction

Electrical Works

· Arrange and monitor work progress

· Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time

delivery

. Processing paperwork and traveling to multiple sites as required.

. Carry out the electrical cabling works, tray & trunking works with installation.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our small team as a Handyman. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to carpentry, woodwork, and assembly. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in these areas and be comfortable working with a variety of tools.

Work hours only morning (9am to 3pm), weekdays only. Flexible work hours. Retirees who are dexterous in manual skills, preferred. Location is Toa Payoh/ Braddell.

Responsibilities:

• Basic carpentry tasks, including but not limited to repairing furniture, constructing shelves, and handling minor woodwork projects.
• Assemble furniture, fixtures, and other items according to provided instructions.
• Utilize a range of hand and power tools to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Basic warehouse upkeeping.
