Key Leadership Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies aligned with global directives to achieve short- and long-term objectives.
• Drive sales leadership, grow new markets, build strong Customer & Channel relationships/partnerships, and expand company’s presence within the lighting and electrical markets across Southeast Asia and beyond.
• Take ownership of the region’s P&L, by setting and achieving budget goals, ensuring profitability, and delivering against financial KPIs.
• Oversee business operations, finance management, product strategy, and compliance to maintain efficiency and drive regional excellence.
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team, ensuring they align with the company’s vision and deliver exceptional results.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education - MSc or BSc in Engineering, Electrical, Electronic, or Business-related fields (MBA preferred).
• Experience - At least 10 years in leadership roles within in the lighting, electrical, or related industries, such as HVAC, Solar, Switchboards, Smart Cities, Construction, and etc.. With a strong understanding of the ASEAN market.
• Sales Leadership - Proven track record in aggressive sales and business development within the ASEAN lighting/electrical markets. LED lighting experience is a significant PLUS.
