You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the General Practitioners First (GPFirst) programme. Apart from attending to GPFirst-related enquiries from patients and GP clinics, you will review referrals received under the programme, assist in data collation, and prepare reports for quality improvement purposes. You will also perform secretariat duties, handle procurement-related matters and be involved in various initiatives to drive public awareness of the programme. In addition, you will work closely with the GPFirst team to manage challenges faced during the care delivery process as well as be a key participant in other primary care partnership initiatives.
Requirements
· Diploma in Healthcare Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of working experience
· Operational experience in healthcare, social or community care sectors is preferred
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Personable and able to empathize and relate to others
· Able to work independently as well as in a team
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
