Requirements:

• An accomplished leader with a proven track record in both sales and operational management, must be within the maritime or manufacturing sectors.

• A strong understanding of the Singaporean and Southeast Asia markets, you bring strategic insight, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex market dynamics to drive sustainable growth.

Momentus Hotel Alexandra is seeking for a General Manager to oversee the overall leadership and management of the hotel business and operation to drive pre-determined commercial goals and service standards to next higher level.

Job Summary

• Prepare the hotel’s annual budget and consolidate the hotel’s annual business plan and secures Management’s approval for the annual business plan.
• Prepare a comprehensive & holistic annual operating business plan, with measurable and achievable targets.
• Initiate and develop strategies and execution plans to ensure realization of the hotel goals and objectives.
• Understand and staying abreast with market sentiments to establish source of business opportunities and set priority in the development of new business.
• Develop and set KPIs to measure performance on market share (MPI), average rate (ARI) and Revpar (RGI).
