The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the whole spectrum of human resources tasks, including recruitment, on-boarding, coaching, performance management, compensation & benefit, employee engagement and compliance initiatives. • Investigate workplace accidents and prepare reports for the insurance carriers.
• Manage the HR/Admin team to provide general support, including supplies, office equipment, and facilities maintenance
• Co-manage the maintenance of office premises maintenance including lease agreement and usage.
• Renew company insurance policies, including business risk coverage, office buildings, and employee wellness programs.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• Familiar with and possesses strong knowledge of Employment Act, Singapore Labour Laws and Legislations.
• Experience in handling BIPO Human Resource Management System is preferred
• A team player with good written and verbal communication skills
